You own 100% of the intellectual property of your product. Our equity participation refers to business results (revenue share or equity in the entity), never to the ownership of the source code or the product itself. This is formalized in our partnership contract.

From the first conversation to launch, the typical timeline is 12 to 16 weeks. This includes 1-2 weeks of evaluation, 2-3 weeks of architecture and agreement, and 8-12 weeks of development in 2-week sprints. Complex projects may take longer, but we always work with clear milestones.

That's the nature of shared risk. If the project doesn't reach the expected traction, both parties assume the loss proportionally. You keep 100% of what was built (code, IP, infrastructure). Our rigorous initial evaluation exists precisely to minimize this risk — we only invest in projects we believe in.

Our primary model is co-investment with equity. However, for existing partners or specific strategic demands, we may offer dedicated squads on a per-hour or fixed-price basis. This is evaluated case by case. Our focus remains on long-term partnerships.

Exit terms are defined in the partnership contract. Typically, there's a buyback clause where you can acquire our share after an agreed period or revenue milestone. We can also maintain the participation long-term if both parties agree. Everything is transparent and negotiated upfront.
